Our history began in 1991 when the Tourville family purchased the land to use as a private hunting reserve. Mr. Randy Carter has been with us every step of the way, starting as our Game Manager and now serving as our Plantation Director. Executive Chef Evan Johnson and Event Planner Melissa Shealy, as well as experienced staff, are on-site to make sure your events are flawless.

Over the years, our attention has shifted from hunting to celebrations, but our goal of delivering Southern hospitality in a beautifully maintained natural setting has never wavered. We hope you’ll consider Buck Ridge when planning your next event. Besides all Buck Ridge has to offer, we are affiliated with Orangeburg Country Club, and our guests have access to all the amenities at both locations.
