We can also provide basic skeet throwers for beginners until they have developed the skills to enjoy some of the more challenging stations.
This is a fun event that all shooters will enjoy. The walk boasts challenging shots that humble even the best. This shooting event is designed to simulate quail hunting with the use of clay targets. Walk the path and test your skill. There are 16 shooting stations throughout the winding path which will challenge you with 20 different shots. Where the next clay target is launched... only we know. This is great fun for the beginner or expert shooter.
Can you master “The Pit”?
Imagine standing at your shooting station, looking outward. All you can see is wide open space, a stand of pines and hardwoods in the distance, without a skeet tower in sight. Glancing ahead, you notice a hedgerow. You then prepare yourself and call out the magic word: "PULL!" Out of nowhere, clay targets erupt from beneath the ground blazing to your weak side.
This is “The Pit”, an event which welcomes any shooter. While you're standing in your shooting station, our "pit crew" is deciding which challenge you will see next. They may send them screaming straight over your head or angle the clay target away from you to test your reflexes. Doubles or singles, we feel you will find the pit to be a challenging event, fun for all shooting enthusiasts.
